I've had diag, problem solving and fixing jobs my entire professional life, and pretty good at it. This issue seems to be isolated so not likely a software issue. How can we, the players, in a constructive manner help? Obviously the faster the fix, the faster we play correctly. Do you know all the accounts affected? If not, should those alliance leaders screen shot a message to a certain mailbox? The players are the ones losing, let us help so the game is back correct again.
