Lungarian castle rifts catacombs

I have completed lungarian castle rifts 4/7 times but I haven’t gotten the key for the special solo objective any one else having this issue?

    Hi...
    Same issue... key gets awarded after playing a different level but also solo objektives disappear or do not counted. Rewards are not in the crystal chamber oft inventory.

    I wasted al my entries in the legendary difficulty just to get the key
