    Hope it does some help, because there's not much source on how much energy/days is need for exploration of ACT 4.

    So, I estimate the full energy is about 65 (?).
    If you can do 3 runs a day, that will be around 9,940 (total energy to 100% Act 4) / 195 energy per day = 51 days.

    This is before estimating the slight increase in energy for each level up and also the energy you can pick up on Act 4 paths [so, it is important to scout the paths and make sure you don't miss the energy refills] and those you obtain via Alliance event. Of course, you can also purchase full refill for 30 units.
