4 hour crystals. Do you actually get what it shows?

Opened a bunch of TB 4 hour crystals. Took a pic at 130 but opened more. Says I should have got 91 small energy refills. I didn’t get that. Maybe about 30. Sent in a ticket. They confirmed I got 91. But that’s impossible. Yes I restarted game to check.

    I opened the Uncollected arena crystals.
    There is a visual glitch on energy refill.

    I assume it is the same for your case though I agree Support should not state you received item when you did not.

    Do remove the post with screenshot on your conversation with Support as it is against ToS.

    One way is to take a screenshot of your inventory and overflow stash (do note the consumables may have shorter expiry duration) before you pop those crystals (in bulk).

    Ok. Removed. But they confirmed I got the 91 and I did not.

    You can try another ticket and hope to get an improved clarification.

    Forum rules number 14 prohibits showing private correspondence between you and Support.

    I think you can just explain it. Sometimes Support can give incorrect replies, so a follow-up via the same or new ticket can be a solution.

    Yeah, I had such a case during my abyss run. Was so pumped to get like 100+ potions from the free crystals, but it ended up being about 20 in reality...

    They really need to fix that glitch, cuz it trips up a lot of people.

    Annoying glitch that should be fixed. Also support is incredibly inconsistent, best thing to do is keeping sending tickets till you get a satisfactory response.

    Support could save themselves a ton of work if they checked the tickets properly for once.
