I was playing sector 5 and then i complete first zone i did not get any rewards I did not played that sector and no rewards claimed but this was showing you are not eligible for top zone bonuses in this sector

You can only get rewards for the two sectors that are assigned to you. They show the same warning(as you mentioned) when you enter a sector whose rewards you are not eligible for. Probably you had entered a sector which is below your level.
