Who is the best Skill champ?

I’ve beaten v7, v4, v3 and I plan to beat v6 (villains). I’m on 6.2.6. I’ve asked so many people, and it’s always even. These champs tend to have the same utility, purify, high damage, evade counter.

I have a 5* skill gem with 110 skill sigs. I don’t have AEgon, nf, or falcon. Tell me if I should use it or not, or should I wait,( next 5* featered has Shang chi, and Jabari panther)
