Cavalier EQ - Blade Dispersal Charges Bugs

in Bugs and Known Issues
I am playing as Warlock vs Blade boss in Cav EQ 2.1. Sometimes I have to heavy 2-3 times to get the dispersal charges to fall off.

    The problem is you're using warlock and he lowers ability accuracy
