Namor max sig? Namor. Otherwise colossus. He's not as sus as the name implies. Stealthy is kool and all but you have nick and falcon up. Pun 2099 is nowhere near as good as colossus. Same goes for Modok.Quake and Nick should go up after Colo/namor.

I have a rank 4 max sig Namor. He comes on when dealing with Electro, Korg, Morningstar etc.

However, getting to be familiar with his rotation and being quick finger to catch his L3 (when Imperious Rex activates) is still tricky for me.

You could just quickly charge heavy.

Namor if at max sig or if you think you can take him to max sig. Otherwise Collosus is good but regardless, Stealthy, Utron and Mr Fantastic are all excellent choices too, you cant go with any of them.
