I have this option. Additionally I have a 5* ghost signature 200. All are unawakened.

    Unawakened 6* ghost isn't going to do more for you than a Sig 200 5*.
    Both CGR and corvus lose some utility unawakened
    G99 doesn't need the awakening.

    Second choice would be CGR

    Awakened I would go Ghost or Corvus. Unawakened though, CGR will put in a lot of work.
