Alliance recruiting

I crated an alliance a couple weeks back now and for some reason I can’t seem to recruit any members. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to gain members???

    Recruiting in general the last couple of seasons has been really tough. There are so many alliances out there that you really need something that hook people in. AQ focused, war focused, something like that. But it's tough!
