War Machine Support Enhancement Synergy Bugged

War Machine is still not gaining 2 extra cleanse charges (total of 4) when using his Support Enhancement synergy with Silver Surfer, Gamora and Heimdall. I was hopeful that it would get resolved when his self application of pre-fights was addressed earlier this month but I have not seen any word on it yet. Seems to not work with any of the champs listed in that synergy when I tested it.
