Shang-Chi in the basic/dual crystals?

Does anybody know when Shang-Chi is entering the basic, or better, dual 5 star crystals. I've been saving up to open them when he enters, so any info on the matter would be appreciated, thank you!

if you look at who just entered, (psycho-man) we’ve got quite a ways to go. You’ll have a lot more time to save. However, when he enters the basic pool he also by default enters the dual class pool. Doesn’t exactly correlate with the six star release. Some time during the run of the next five star featured
