Hacked and Was Ban

My son always play this game just a few days his friend illegally log into his account and finish one path of the Lab of legend. Now kabam detected its as violation so my Sons account has banned. I confronted both of them and my sons friend admitted he does log in to empress my son. There a way to help my son be unban on his account.

    I think you need to contact kabam and tell the story. If it is illegally they log in your sons account then its not your sons fault. its Illegal entry of your sons privacy without consent. If your sons account is on a high level then i will think he will not gamble to do silly thing but if it is a low level account i think they just experiment logically.
