Abyss darkhawk vs Red mags

After soloing imiw in abyss, i wanted to try my hand in the solo of darkhawk. But boy was i wrong.

Aol darkhawk reverse regen method is the best way to solo the fight but after fighting him about 20-30 times i realized that after i throw my sp3 and him getting 34 armor breaks he just doesn't want to throw special attacks, especially SP2 which will start the regen to reverse. Not to mention the lag i face while i try to parry him in stealth mode.

He's doesn't like to throw special attacks all that much in AOL unlike IMIW. In my best try i got him down to 25% with R2 red mags but that was my best attempt.

In future if i ever pull human torch maybe he'll be my answer cause with my 4 star with pre fight i made a significant dent in darkhawk but he eventually succumbed to SP1 block damage.

So yeah maybe you guys have had different experiences but me that's what I know so far.

Have a good day.

I didn’t get the solo on him, had to use 2-4 revives with Mags. Depending on where I was on the path. If it was the 1st fight I just restarted untill I got at least 50% off in one go, then I revived & commited myself to the run. If it was the 2nd Darkhawk fight it took up to 4 revives, since you know it was pretty expensive to restart the run.

When he didn’t throw his special, I made sure to refresh the armour break seeing as that’s kinda key to having control over the fight.

I'm also trying to do the same thing but sometimes when he'd be near 3 bars of power, he'll start throwing random heavy attacks and the armor break is about to expire so I'll charge my heavy after dashing back twice so as to make sure that I don't hit him. As soon as I charge my heavy he'll throw his sp2 and that's all game over.

This AI is quite shrewdly designed and the designers have watched gameplay of youtubers in order to make the fight challenging.
