Not being able to use generic rank up gems

Please can we fix this bug whereby you can’t use generic rank up gems if you have class rank up gems. It’s only reasonable that you should have a choice of which one you want to use. As you can see I have 2 expiring generics but can’t use them because I have a class version.

You have to contact support and let them know what hero you want to use your generic rank up gem on. They should be able to help you out.

The game defaults to class gems. Kabam thinks that’s good enough & the mods here continuously ignore these threads.
