What is the base team rating to fully explore uncollected event quest?

Depends on how much you depend on each one of them, how skilled you are with them. But the few nodes though, might be a problem... Like I'm not sure, but the Chapter 3 could be tough for you...

If you are skilled. Go for initial clear, then try to explore the first chapter. As a rule, I don't ever want to spend on monthly eq. No revives, no health pots, nothin. If you clear the first chapter easily, try out the second, if you do that, move onto the third.

Saved up units might finish it under 2 days,just saving upgrade materials for apoc

Do it with and without boosts. If you need to boost your way through it, then you're not ready.
