Horseman Buff not working in AQ.

I’m currently running Apoc Cable and Wolverine.

I used Apoc in my first fight, and with the synergy got all 4 charges.

In the following fight I used his ability to make wolverine a horseman, but the “buff” isn’t showing, and I lost all my charges from Apoc.

This happened before but it was seemingly fixed.

Any word on what’s happening?
