Question about Odin + War Machine Pre-fight interaction

Odin's has Thrudstok pre-fight that grants an Aptitude Buff increasing potency of Fury, Armor Up, and Precision Buffs by 15%.
War Machine's has Fortify (Gain Energy Resistance equal to their Armor rating) and Skrimish (Gain attack rating based on current Armor Rating and Debuffs excluding Stuns gain + 20% Duration) prefights. I am ignoring the +10% attack rating just for having an Armory pre-fight on for now.
If you apply all of these to one champion, are they just based off the Base value or do they interact (and would order matter then)?
For example, if a Tech champion has a Armor buff that grants 100 armor. Thrudstok makes it 115. Does Fortify grant 115 energy resistance and Skirmish grant 115 attack rating, or are they still the base 100?

A simple test on WM himself shows this. With his armor up and it off he has 2 different energy resist rating during fights of its removed. Which would mean Odin's boost would add to whatever the armor up buff is once it's active.
