who to rank

not currently running suicides. need champs that will help me clear cavalier eq content. already have maxed out cg, or, caiw, bwcv, void, colossus, dr doom, cmm, warlock. i also have a healthy amount of really good champs that are still at r3 like, hulk buster, luke cage, sentinel, guardian, magik, dragon man, red guardian, bwdo...

The conventional wisdom is to take him to around sig 120 so that he completely shuts down ability accuracy with three neurotoxins, but if you can get three you can usually get four. But then again, if you only get two neurotoxins then a 33% chance for something to trigger is much less than 50%.

I would personally go with Falcon or Archangel because I love both of their abilities to shut down opponents. However, I say this as someone who has never pulled a 5 or 6* Human Torch and has never really gotten along with G2099. Those might be excellent choices as well.

He doesn't need high sig as long as you can play aggressively and maintain the neuro's at 4 and above...

Is AA’s damage noticeably more as an r5 compared to an r4. I remember hearing someone say that he’s fine as a r4 and you don’t get much more from him being r5
