Need to replace 1 ASAP

Looking to replace one member ASAP, with minimal disruption to AQ and AW.
Gold 1 since alliance formed in December 2020. (Admittedly rough start this season but we're crawling back up)
AQ map 6 master mods. We sometimes run map 5 in one BG or a combination of 6 and 5 to relieve stress.
All applicants must be comfortable with map 6 as a minimum, and clear AW paths with minimal KOs.
Ideally looking for 1million+ hero rating, but will consider no less than 800k.
Fairly relaxed alliance as long as members keep up, place defenders and clear lanes in a reasonable time.
