Bug or working as intended

in Bugs and Known Issues
Recently i fought an AW Boss with higher ground global. The Boss was a Modok and i fought him with falcon. Is ist possible for modok to autoblock falcons special 1 while hes locker on? It happended twice to me. After the second time my sp1 got autoblocked i siwtched to sp2 and he Couldnt block it. So like the title of this thread is, i would like to know of its a Bug or an intended interaction. UnfortunAtems i didnt find a way to Upload a video of the fight.

    Modok has increased ability accuracy depending on flux.
