Cap IW not working properly in 7.2.5

I’m trying to do the “that’s gonna sting” path in 7.2.5 and I thought that cap iw would have been a good option, but he’s not working properly. In the video you can clearly see that when i parry scarlet witch the weakness is applied and immediately removed with the stun. Unfortunately only sometimes the two debuffs are converted with the power sting, because frequently they are just removed. At first I thought it was caused by the pacify mastery, with the aa reduction on stun interaction in an odd way, so I removed it and tried again but I obtained the same result. The video is without the pacify mastery.
