How good would that make proxima, havok and those other characters with Broken l3 and would magnetos L3 crit for over 10M?

    Doom, CAIW, apoc, BWCV, hype, (?) and other champs who already do huge damage on sp3s would be that much better

    That doesn't matter cuz they're all already great characters. It would be satisfying to see big yellow numbers after sitting through their awesome l3 animations, tho.
