Appreciate the update on the AQ tier issue. Just a note to say thanks—you don’t get that much from me, but it’s unfair not to dole out gratitude when it’s due.

    You have to wonder though, after 5 seasons of AQ up and running does it all the sudden go so horribly wrong? What are they doing that screwed up all the tiers and only for some and not all?
