Drop rates

I have had real problems with drop rates in this game..... I have to go through 200 duplicates to get new champions and I only have less than half of them. It is disconcerting to have paid money for random crystal drops to always get the same duplicates. This game needs a way to buy a specific champion without having to go through a hundred crystals just to get a 3 star or better or a new champion.
