Missing full glory

I can have 9000 in glory complete Alliance Quest and is rewarded 3400. Why is the game only giving me 2000 of it? Need help since tickets won't help

    You sure you only have 9000? Since the hard limit is 15.000 you will lose all glory you claim that would exceed it.
    So in your example. If you get 3400 from rewards, but already have 13.000 you will only get 2000 out of the 3400.
