Horseman Ability Bugged

I was mid quest using my horseman cable on a caltrops path in act 6.3.6, and I stopped playing, came back 5 hours later and entered the fight only to find that the horseman ability was no longer active, cable was dying of bleeds and when I exited the fight, my apocalypse still had 0 charges. Keep in mind that I was halfway through the quest and had already used cable to blitz through everyone up till yondu. This is a serious issue and it needs to be fixed ASAP, if I had already used items getting to this point or was in abyss I would be PISSED right now, especially since it won't let me ramp up apocalypse and use the horseman ability again. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP Kabam
