Ronin Signature Ability Bugged!

Dear Kabam,

Ronin’s Signature Ability is bugged.

While at 7 cruelty’s opponents are still able to hit me and Ronin doesn’t evade.

This only happens sometimes and only if it’s a SP attack and not a basic attack:

I am having the same issue, Ronin procs evade but he takes a hit to the face
