I just logged in and saw my Ultron was down approx 400 hero rating.
Not sure if bug or intended?

    To be fair, Kingpins PI was off and Kabam simply made a change to his listed rating instead of fixing if I'm not mistaken.

    Unless you are using ultron as a prestige champion then what does his pi matter? And ultron has terrible prestige so if you are using him then you probably aren’t terribly competitive to such things anyways. His abilities are still the same.
