AQ - Storm X standing up instantly no transition time

Had this happen several times before I realized and starting recording. Not sure what was causing this but whenever I'd knock down Storm she'd instantly be standing or in this case intercepting MY attempt to do a standup intercept on her. Has anyone else seen this happen?

    I decided to test this further in some duels and in 3 fights and roughly a dozen or so heavy attacks this was the only other instance but it is even more obvious in this one..watch the second heavy of the video
