Can someone explain this to me?

I was playing master difficulty in side quest when I saw this. Just look at the Hercules's rating and other characters ratings in master difficulty.Also Hercules is 4* and others are 5*. I just don't get it. I just want to know if this is the case only with me

    This could probably be because he's the only one with nodes. The path isn't that tough, and tbh, neither is the boss.
    Nevertheless, it should be working as intended, or else we would had received a IG mail or a note in the forums.
