WHO TO RANK UP?

Sooo, I in my mini account I have enough materials to bring up two champs to rank 5 or rank 2 as a 6*.
My first dilema is either 5* BWCV to 5/65, 6* Dr Doom to R2, or Ghost Rider to 5/65. The reason why I include Ghost Rider in the mix is because I use Blade a LOT and having GR at 5/65 will be very beneficial in AQ.
Second dilema is who to rank up to R5, Apocalypse or Sun Spot. Reason why I have to is because I have 3 mutant T4CC in the overflow… So I need to bring one of them up. I have heard how amazing Apocalypse is with his horseman just I haven’t ever used him really, also I use Sun Spot a lot, but I judge you as experts and I will consider your opinions, thank you.
(PS: I do have a R3 5* Shang Chi and I can awaken him and bring him to sig 120 but I don't find him as a need.)
