Heroes and Gods Crystal Problems

So I hit the 5th milestone in the Sentinels of Liberty event which is supposed to give me a Heroes and Gods Crystal. When I checked the vault it wasn’t there. All there was was a weird blank space in which I think the crystal is supposed to be in.
