Kicked out of quest?

I have been working on the Carina Challenge: Asgardian Cheese. I just killed Rocket Raccoon in the 5.4.6 quest and suddenly get kicked out of the quest after spending a bunch of potions and revives to get up to that point. At this point I still have my 30% green boost, 15% attack boost and 20% health boost running. I don't want to start all over again so I emailed support but I'm not sure what they are going to do. I also need back my boosts that are now useless since I am out of the quest
