well i guess its the same as its always been but its bull **** that the crit buff refreshes instead of wauting to be used up kabam come on already it doesnt even make sense

if u will leave it like that then our dexterity buffs should stack then at least it would make sense

That's the exact reason that dexterity procs MD. If it were to stack, then no evades will provide MD. The first dexterity buff gets removed/nullified/expired when you perform another evade. MD fills opponents power when a buff expires. Best thing to do is make dexterity crit rate bufg a passive buff.

Actually it wouldn't make any sense at all that way. You're triggering MD by evading because you're 'losing' your dexterity debuff and getting a new one each time. MD triggers when you replace your buff, so if they stacked, you wouldn't be losing anything to trigger MD.

The needed change is for Dexterity not to trigger a buff if that buff is already present.

Actually MD doesn't proc nearly often enough IMHO. Maybe add 5 more points into it!!!
