ultron regeneration

What happens with Ultron's regeneration, he is not regenerating what he used to do, specifically when it drops to 25%. before it regenerated it up to 50% now it does not

They changed the wording on this, even though I saw some video that said “kabam is working on it…” I actually don’t think it’s a bug. I think he just gets one regen.

Rest of ultron’s new kit is awesome though so doesn’t bother me much.

There’s fixed it then this update it bugg him again
