We are using so much resources in monthly, side quest and summer pain. Why not giving revives ans other compensation for that. Why compensation for only AQ?

They have only given AQ compensation so far because that's a relatively easy quantifiable amount for them to give on a per AQ cycle basis. Enough AQ items and Glory so that people can choose to continue with doing their normal map selection, or drop down to a different map, and the overall impact isn't as bad.
Once they've finally made a fix for the issue itself, I imagine they will compensate with other items based on how long it took and the overall impact. Until then we won't see a "general" compensation.
