Arenas are stuck with no new champs available

Used to get a new champ every other week. Now its been only Quick, Sumner or Catalyst!?! Ive updated and reinstalled but this is the 6th week in A ROW! Someone help.

You need to be uncollected and you will see the 5-6* arenas basic and featured

A million thanks. It was killing me and all I would get from others was to update the game. Now I know Im not going crazy.
