I want mystic dispersion and suicides so questions
First Glass Cannon 1 or 3.. does the decrease or increase in health affect suicides to a point 1 or 3 is better..kinda like boost kill you fast if you can't get rid of poison and bleed.
2nd Coagulate 1 or 3 does it reduce the minimal health taken for its worth of 2 extra masteries points.
3rd so 2 3 or 4 in mystic dispersion?

Rely heavily on Omega, Diablo, Morningstar, red and white mags, corvus, Medusa, mephisto, capiw, shulk, torch, HB, g2099, Hyperion, magik, falcoln...
3 MD works well for me with Morningstar, as you're generally trying to cycle sp2 or sp1 and with 4, there's a lot of risk of pushing to sp3. So it somewhat depends on which mystic you are using.
