Black Panter CW can get unstoppable when receives a block break?

    Yes, that is how his Sig works for him to 'absorb' a Heavy attack, it makes him briefly unstoppable, usually resulting in him proceeding to wreck you. Never Heavy unless the champ gets something out of it, like Stagger or Fury.
