I’m a bit thrown off with the re-do of week 4, and then the removal of those points for re-doing, how many points have been available this far.

What is the maximum number of points in the summer of pain event can you have right now?

Week 1- No Objective, 1 Point
Week 2- No Objective, 1 Point
Week 3- No Objective, 1 Point
Week 4- 3 Objectives(Robot, Mutant, Villian), 4 Points
Week 5- 3 Objectives(Spider, Symbiote, Tech), 4 Points

Also keep in mind, they should only be removing one point if you fight Darkhawk again this week. If you have objectives left to do, those points will stay when you complete them as the objectives didn't refresh this week.
