    I’m not sure how good CMM is without the Nick fury synergy so maybe? But I imagine she could be a good option for Xbones

    CMM is the closest you can get to the next rank! She has good damage output even if she is unawakened. If you know how to use her then go for it!
    Next, I will go with crossbones, immortal hulk, ultron or cable.

    Ultron is better than your cmm. She has good damage but without awakening and NF, I'd go ultron for consitant beast mode.
