Which champions have the best light attack damage ??

I was just comparing Angela and Domino , both have similar light attacks...then I noticed ægon have a way better light attack damage...so I am just curious to know who has the best ...in an old discussion here one said Nick Fury second phase FYI ...

    Light attack scales with damage. More damage (furies, armour breaks, masteries) equals bigger light attacks. With nothing special going on doom would have the biggest light attacks cuz he has the highest base attack.
