Arena milestone rewards for uncollected players

for those who are uncollected, can we have the master-crystal-shards instead of PHC shards in the arena milestone reward?

There's already a devide forming between uncollected and those who just aren't there yet. When it comes to actually time that goes into arenas and milestones, and that it's more difficult as is for players without multiple r5's can you really see that as being reasonable or fair?

The logic makes sense. However it just keeps the gap widening between players.
