Now in a different alliance, will I still get my rewards lost?

I was in a alliance that was effected by the AQ bug. Am no longer in that alliance and had to find a different alliance. This new alliance was not effected by the bug. Will I still get the missed out milestones and ranked rewards? I can provide my username and alliance I was if needed.

Yeah it's strange, it seems we're not the only ones.

But we should be entitled to them
