I was fighting in arena unduped tigra Vs Aegon in arena, at start of fight I had a clock on Aegon at 15 charges I have never seen it before and just wanted to know if someone knows what it is.

    Is this timer based on hits or on seconds, for me it was on hits felt like playing some node on AQ.

    Cooldown is 15 seconds, and it activates on charging heavy.
