Unbuffed and bad champions

Is the Kabam knows what they have got absolutely horrible champs like miles, electro, hawk eyes? Why they buffed the hood, Ebony and another “new” champs. Actually hawk eyes haven’t got desc special attack 3 in russian

Hood doesn't need an overhaul like Miles does. So he's buffed before him.

tbh, i don't think electro is a horrible champ. He has his uses here and there

Miles is getting vfx changes and the overhaul which they wanna get him right so will be taking longer than what venompool would or any other overhaul champs, old champs are just being buffed later date and we all want them to be buffed more than newer since they are 2014 so very outdated, and electro as someone said has uses here and there, before buffs its simply because most 2014 champs would be overhauled.
