Security questions are absurd, need help!

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the security questions from Kabam. They ask things such as the original player name, the date of the account creation, and the first purchases. Most of them, such as the date for first purchase, can be easily obtained from the Apple or Google Stores. However, I'm stuck on discovering the date my account was created. It was created almost 7 years ago, so I don't quite remember when.

Support is not helping! They keep sending me back the same automated messages, instead of helping me find the information. I cannot look at previous emails (I keep my inbox clean as this is an email just for the game), and my phone used to be shared with other family members so the achievements on Game Center might refer to another Kabam game account (we had three).

Kabam needs to come up with a more efficient, less confusing way to validate user accounts. I have my email, my password, my previous purchases, and several other pieces of information, which should be enough to validate my identity. I have spent a few thousand dollars on this game over the years, so I'm not dismissing this as "it's just a game". It's a business, and I'm a client, and I want to be treated as such. Imagine if it was a bank denying access to my money because I forgot my password, instead of coming up with ways to help me validate who I am and reset my password instead. Even more bizarre, I actually HAVE the password, but a security question that most of us can't remember is being a blocker.

Keep in mind that the threads above had been closed. I WILL have to open the thread again if I don't get any escalation, as support is choosing to just ignore me and I need a resolution for this problem. I apologize for bringing this up in a moment that you're probably so busy with the parry issues, but I just cannot be ignored by support with automated messages.
