Unable to purchase

in Bugs and Known Issues
So....I ran into an issue. I wanted to by some units but couldn't because there was a lock sign with a red background on everything that can be purchased. I'm a beta tester for parry/dex and I did the update for the beta tester. I'm not sure if it was the update that caused it.
