Please note hawkeye,s sp1 and sp2 deals similar bleed damage and hawkeye damage output is really low ,please change hawkeye ,s sp2 from bleed damage to fire or posion damage with higher potencity as hawkeye arrow deals blast of fire damage in movies , hawkeye really reallly needs a buff i dont feel to rank him up aa he deals low damage

    Nobody is denying that he needs a buff. But it does come down to how many others are in front of him and what kind of plans they have in store.
